What is included in an underwater portrait package?
Every Water Bear Photography package is fully customized, but most include a pre-shoot creative consultation, professional hair and makeup styling, exclusive use of our private studio and heated pool, all underwater lighting and safety personnel, professional retouching of your selected final images, and a personalized image-reveal session where you choose your favorite frames. Depending on the tier you select, the package may also include wardrobe styling assistance, a curated selection of flowing gowns and fabrics from our in-house wardrobe collection, fine-art prints, framed wall art, or a heirloom-quality album.
We never charge a separate session fee on top of the package; everything is bundled transparently into a single investment. You also receive a private online gallery for thirty days so you can revisit your images and easily share favorites with family. Higher-tier packages include personal delivery and white-glove installation of framed wall art within driving distance of Gainesville.
Clients traveling from out of state receive a complimentary recommendation guide for nearby hotels, restaurants, and spring excursions. Optional add-ons such as additional wardrobe changes, behind-the-scenes video, or rush editing can be requested during your consultation. The goal of every package is to deliver a complete, stress-free, museum-quality experience from first inquiry to final wall art.
