Can you travel to me for a photoshoot?
Yes, we absolutely travel worldwide for our clients and have done so for many years. While our Gainesville studio and Florida's natural springs will always be our creative home, we regularly embark on destination shoots for clients who want their underwater portraits captured in extraordinary locations.
Our past travel destinations have included the turquoise waters of the Bahamas, the mystical cenotes of Mexico's Yucatan Peninsula, the rainforested coastlines of Costa Rica, and even the glacial spring-fed pools of Iceland. Travel and lodging are quoted transparently on top of the session investment, and we handle all logistics including scouting the location, securing permits when necessary, and coordinating local support. We typically request a minimum lead time of three to six months for international destination shoots so we can secure the best light, permits, and local safety crew.
For domestic travel within the United States, we can often accommodate shorter timelines depending on the season and our existing booking calendar. Many couples and families pair their destination shoot with a vacation, anniversary trip, or milestone celebration, turning the experience into a multi-day creative retreat. If you have a dream location in mind, even one we have never shot in before, we would love to scout it, plan it, and make it happen — extraordinary locations are part of what makes underwater portraiture so unforgettable.
