What happens if I need to reschedule my underwater photoshoot?
Life happens, and we believe a great client experience includes flexibility when unexpected events arise. With at least fourteen days of advance notice, you can reschedule your session to any future available date within twelve months at no additional charge.
Reschedules requested between seven and fourteen days before the session may incur a small administrative fee to cover staffing and studio reservations. Inside of seven days, rescheduling is offered on a best-effort basis and may require a partial retainer to be reapplied. We never charge cancellation fees for documented medical emergencies, hospitalization, or sudden travel restrictions, because compassion takes precedence over policy in those situations.
For weather-dependent outdoor and spring sessions, we monitor forecasts closely and proactively offer a complimentary reschedule if conditions become unsafe. Maternity clients receive especially flexible rescheduling terms because pregnancy timelines are unpredictable. We strongly recommend communicating early and openly with us — the sooner we know, the more options we have to protect your investment.
