Great Images Are Not A Business Plan
Most creatives do not stall because their work is not good enough. They stall because pricing was copied from a competitor, marketing happens only when the calendar looks empty, and every client is served differently. Business Mentoring gives you a mentor in your corner every single month — with a roadmap, accountability and answers between calls — so growth stops depending on luck.

Program Terms
- •All monthly packages require a 2–3 month minimum commitment, given that meaningful progress on branding, marketing and business strategy takes longer than a single billing cycle.
- •Workshop alumni pricing and discounts from one-off sessions do not automatically apply to monthly packages unless stated separately.
- •Packages can be paused or adjusted at renewal, not mid-cycle.
- •The Group Cohort Program requires a minimum of 5 enrolled participants to launch — below that threshold, cohort revenue falls under the equivalent 1:1 Weekly Mentorship rate for the same time commitment.
Pricing is anchored to existing one-off hourly and day rates so it stays internally consistent across every offer type.
What We Work On
Six Areas That Move A Creative Business
Pricing & Profitability
Build pricing from real cost-of-doing-business numbers instead of guessing against your local market. Session fees, print and wall-art pricing, packages, payment plans and the profit margin you actually need.
Offers & Packaging
Turn scattered services into a clear ladder of offers clients understand — signature sessions, add-ons, retainers, workshops and digital products that keep earning while you are creating.
Branding & Positioning
Define who you are for, what you refuse to shoot, and the visual and verbal identity that makes premium clients choose you before they ever ask about price.
Marketing That Books
SEO for creatives, a website that converts, Instagram and Pinterest strategy, email lists, paid ads and content systems you can maintain in a few hours a week.
Client Experience & Systems
Inquiry-to-delivery workflows, contracts, CRM automation, prep guides, galleries and follow-up sequences that produce reviews, referrals and repeat bookings.
Sales & Mindset
Consultation calls, in-person or virtual sales sessions, handling objections without discounting, and the boundaries that keep a creative business from consuming your life.
How The Mentorship Runs
01
Discovery & Audit
Before the first call we review your website, pricing, offers and numbers so the mentorship starts with a diagnosis rather than a guess.
02
Your 90-Day Roadmap
We set the milestones for the next quarter and assign a dedicated topic to each call so no session drifts into unfocused chat.
03
Execute Between Calls
Every call ends with a recording, a written recap and specific homework. Async support keeps you unblocked while you implement.
04
Review & Recalibrate
A mid-program progress review against your Goals & Progress Tracker shows what moved the needle, and the roadmap is refreshed monthly.

Business Mentoring FAQs
Who is Business Mentoring for?
Creatives and creative business owners who can already do the work but are stuck on pricing, marketing, positioning or capacity. It suits creatives of every discipline — photographers, videographers, designers, artists and creative service providers.
How much does business mentoring cost?
Biweekly Mentorship is $1390 per month, Weekly Mentorship is $1990 per month, and the Group Cohort Program is $990 per person per month. All monthly packages require a 2–3 month minimum commitment.
What happens on a mentoring call?
Each call has a dedicated topic assigned in advance. You receive a recording and a written recap afterwards, plus clear next actions, so the momentum continues between sessions.
Can I pause or change my package?
Yes — packages can be paused or adjusted at renewal, not mid-cycle, so each billing period stays focused on the work you committed to.
Do you offer one-off strategy days?
Yes. VIP Intensive Days are available separately, and every monthly mentorship client receives priority booking plus a standing discount on them.
